At Varello, we aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed before dispatch within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

During particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

United Kingdom Delivery

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery — £4.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Delivery — £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Free Standard Delivery is available on UK orders of £50 or more.

Available shipping options and the final delivery charge will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Processing time and delivery time are separate. Delivery estimates generally apply after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your confirmation.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at team@byvarello.com.

We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once fulfilment has begun.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

If you still need assistance, contact us at team@byvarello.com with your order number and we will investigate the delivery.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at team@byvarello.com and include your order number and photographs of the parcel and affected product where appropriate.

International Shipping

Varello currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

If international delivery becomes available in the future, applicable destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
